2014 Reservations

For the 2014 season, we accept reservations 16 months in advance of your arrival month at 8:00am Mountain Standard Time on the 1st Wednesday of the month. The reservation start dates are as follows:

Arrivals in June 2014: February 6, 2013
Arrivals in July 2014: March 6, 2013
Arrivals in August 2014: April 3, 2013
Arrivals in September 2014: May 1, 2013
Arrivals in October 2014: June 5, 2013

2014 proposed rates are subject to final approval by National Park Service (NPS). If the final approved rate by NPS is less than the proposed rate then your rate will be lowered to the final approved rate. If the final approved rate by NPS is higher than the proposed rate, then the rate at the time of your booking will be honored.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
To guarantee your reservation we require the first night's deposit, including 8% tax. We will send written confirmation after we obtain your deposit. Cancellations are subject to a $15 per room administrative fee and are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of or changes to dates of reservation within 7 days of arrival constitutes full forfeiture of deposit. Reservations of 4 or more rooms will be subject to a 28 day cancellation/change policy. (Cancellations for May and October reservations will be subject to only a 3 day cancellation/change policy for reservations of 3 or fewer rooms; administrative fee still applies.)
